1) I have yet to delete or not publish a comment. Keep it civil and we'll be fine. 2) I have my blog set so that after a post has been up for two weeks, comments are moderated. This is not to screen comments but rather so that if someone comments on a post I wrote two years ago, I am notified. Otherwise, I would not know and would miss the comment. 3) If your comment is not published and you do not hear from me, that means it probably got sent to the spam folder - the program seems to do this randomly - and I don't always remember to check. So please feel free to leave it again and/or email me and ask. Thanks and enjoy.
